Refund policy

With each Kasiopya piece handmade with care and intention, we believe you'll fall in love with your piece. 

If this is not the case, we accept exchanges or store credit for unworn products in original condition, shipped within the continental US only. There are no refunds. No exchanges/store credit for items shipped outside the continental US. Exchanges/store credit must be processed within 14 calendar days from delivery receipt. Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed, have any fragrance, or altered in any other way. Customer must pay the shipping cost to return the original item and the shipping cost to receive an exchanged item, when applicable.  Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

If your exchange/store credit request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
